The architect of Modern Karnataka Sir.M.Visveswaraiya is honored by dedicating a splendid museum in his memory and it is called as Visveswaraya Industrial and Technological Museum. The technical inventions and the brief history of the industrial revolutions happened in the country is displayed in this museum in a very easy manner to understand. The museum is situated in the surroundings of Cubban park. The first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru opened the Museum for public view on 14/7/1962.
