- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Tour Price Includes’ column.
Booking and Payment Policies
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
- A minimum deposit of 60% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted modes of payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the booking office.
- Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the tour cost.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost (no refund).
- In case of a no-show or failure to join the tour, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
Travel Documents and Identity Requirements
- Indian nationals must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) during the tour.
- NRIs and foreign nationals must provide valid passport copies and visa details at the time of booking and carry the same during the tour.
- It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order.
Group Size and Operations
- Group allocations are fixed and cannot be modified after confirmation.

Accommodation Policies
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless specified otherwise.
- Accommodation will be provided on a twin/Double -sharing or triple-sharing basis unless a single supplement is requested and paid for.
- Specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Age from 12Yrs will be considered as Adult.
Itinerary Changes
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, political events, or operational constraints.
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary or delays caused by force majeure events will be borne by the client.
Health and Safety Requirements
- Travelers are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
- The tour operator is not responsible for any medical emergencies, accidents, or illnesses during the tour.
- Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants, and clients are encouraged to carry their policy documents.
Liability and Disclaimer
- The tour operator acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, activities etc.) and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage caused during the tour.
