Mahabalipuram: Shore Temple, Arjuna’s Penance, Krishna’s butter Ball & Sea Shell Museum.
Day 1 : Chennai arrival

Today morning upon arrival you will be welcome by our tour executive and after introduction to our chauffer you will be transferred to hotel, after small refreshment you can visit famous Kapaleeshwara Temple dedicated to is Lord Kapaleeswar (Lord Shiva). Gopuram, Mandapam and tank are interesting points to see, then you can visit Parthasarathy Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Then visit Fort St. George, the first bastion of British power in India & built in the year 1640 AD by the British East India Company and return back to hotel. In the evening if you are interested you can visit Marina beach, the world second largest beach or you can spend time for shopping at T. Nagar is the famous region in Chennai. Later come back to hotel for stay. Overnight stay at Chennai

Day 2 : Chennai / Pondicherry

Morning after breakfast you can start drive to Pondicherry - visit the famous Aurobindo ashram in Pondicherry, then visit Gove Museum and return back to hotel. Evening you can visit Manakula Vinayagar temple, overnight stay at Pondicherry.

Day 3 : Pondicherry / Mahabalipuram

Today Morning post your breakfast and start drive to Mahabalipuram the famous coastal region in Tamilnadu this place is famous for sea shore temples constructed in the Dravidian style. Designed to catch the first rays of the rising sun & to illuminate the waters after dark, the temple ended up with an unusual lay-out. Arjuna's Penance is the world's largest bas-relief. This huge whale-back shaped rock contains figures of gods, demigods, men, beasts, birds. Next we visit Rathas, monolithic temples fashioned as chariots. They remain an architectural mystery, for each is apparently a faithful reproduction of a structure built of wood. In fact, even the grain of the timber beams & rafters has been simulated in stone. Of the eight Rathas, five have been named for the Pandava brothers, the heroes of the epic Mahabharata. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.

Day 4 : Mahabalipuram / Chennai departure

Post breakfast and you will be transfer to Chennai airport / Railway station to board your onward journey with the full of sweet memories. Tour Ends!!
