Upon your arrival at Mumbai, one of our representatives from South Tourism will receive you and assist for your onward journey to Nasik, the popular pilgrimage destination in Maharashtra. The journey will take nearly four hours by road. Check into the hotel and relax for a while. Later in the evening, visit Triambakeshwar temple, one of the twelve jyotirlinga temples in India. After visiting this temple, proceed to Panchavati temples which has historical relevance to the great Hindu epic Ramayana. This place is believed to have been visited by Lord Rama and here is a temple for Him and His consort Goddess Sita and His brother Lakshman. The entire region of Panchavati is considered to be very sacred frequented by devotees and tourists.

ost breakfast, start your drive to Aurangabad, which requires a journey for close to five hours. After reaching Aurangabad, check into the hotel and relax for a while. Afterwards, start to visit the world renowned Ellora Caves listed under UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites. Marvel the beauty of monastic type rock cut cave temple complexes dating back to 600 CE. The temples represent the different cults of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism and the most prominent of all is the Kaialsa temple, carved out of a single stone, with the finest of designs and detailing. Walk through the pages of history in the caves of Ellora before returning to hotel.

Post breakfast, start a day excursion to Ajanta Caves. The world renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site attracting lakhs of tourists every year. The monuments are Buddhist Cave temples, acclaimed to be the finest of ancient indian arts. There are 30 temples in total and each one of them is an architectural masterpiece dating back to even 2nd century BCE. The elegance of the chaitya halls and the intricately carved sculptures are truly mesmerizing. After a unique enthralling experience at Ajanta, return to hotel.

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your drive to Mumbai. Based on your departure schedule, you will be assisted to board your flight at Mumbai airport.
