Day 1   Arrive Cochin

Upon your arrival at Cochin airport/Railway station you will be greeted by our Guest Relation Executive who will introduce our driver to you. Cochin is the most historical destination of Kerala having a rich ancient heritage. Check into the hotel located in the city. Based on your convenience, you can do the sightseeing tour of Fort Cochin which is including Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays & Saturdays), Dutch Palace (closed on Friday), St. Francis Church and the Chinese Fishing Nets and then relax in the seashore. Overnight stay at the hotel in Cochin.

Day 2   Cochin – Munnar

After breakfast drive to Munnar. Enroute visit Valera & Cheeyappara waterfalls and spend some time. Later proceed to the hill station “Munnar” which is a place of peace and beauty, filled with green tea plantations and a perfect destination for Nature Lovers. On reaching Munnar check in to the hotel and relax. If you are not tired you can take a nature walk around the hotel to enjoy the cool climate. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3   Munnar sightseeing

After your breakfast start to do the sightseeing tour in Munnar where you can visit Eravikulam National Park which is located in Rajamala Peak (Closed during February & March) to witness the different and rare spices of wildlife. Then proceed to visit tea museum (Closed on Mondays). An informative place for all kids and tea lovers. This place has many photographs and machinery’s to show how the tea leaves are being processed and definitely it will be exciting for people who loves tea. Then proceed to take your lunch. After lunch proceed to visit Mattupetty dam which is constructed 1800m above the sea level where you can go for speed boating. Later visit Echo point, the calmness of this place is often disturbed by the visitors since the word you throw to the nature in air, comes back again as an echo. Your next destination would be the Blossom Park where you can find beautiful fresh flowers and lawns. After finishing the sightseeing proceed to the hotel and relax. You have an option to take an authentic Ayurvedic massage. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 4   Munnar – Thekkady

After breakfast drive to Thekkady (also known as Periyar), hill station which is famous for wildlife sanctuary and for a large varieties of spices. Here you can have OPTION to do lots of activities such as Boat ride in Periyar Lake, Elephant Ride, Spice plantation tour, Nature Walk, etc.. Depending upon the availability of time you can take the activities here. In the evening you can do spice shopping where you can get different flavours and fresh spices. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 5   Thekkady – Alleppey (Houseboat)

Morning after breakfast drive to Alleppey. Alleppey also known as the ‘Venice of the East’. On reaching embark the traditional houseboat at 12noon (Air-condition inside the bedroom will function from 9PM to 6AM only) and start your cruise in the narrow canals. During the journey you can visit ancient temples, churches, paddy fields and watch the day to day activities of the local people who live nearby. Your crew members will serve delicious Kerala food on full board with evening time tea/coffee and snacks. Evening around 5:00PM, the houseboat will be anchored at a safe village area and during the night time there will not be any cruise. Overnight stay in Houseboat.

Day 6   Alleppey – Kovalam

Disembark from houseboat at 9AM and drive to Kovalam beach which is one of the finest beach in Kerala. It is almost completely covered by coconut palms and this beautiful atmosphere will make our mind calm & be relaxed. On reaching check-in to the resort and in the evening just relax in the beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 7   Kovalam- Trivandrum – Kovalam

This day after breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Trivandrum which is the capital city of Kerala. Here you can visit the famous Horse Palace, Napier Museum, Zoological Garden, Sri Chitra Art Gallery and the Padmanabhaswamy temple (Non-Hindus are not allowed). You can do some shopping in the city if time permits. Later back to Kovalam for your overnight stay. [Please note that except the temple all the sightseeing places will be closed on Monday & Forenoon of Wednesday.

Day 8   Kovalam -Trivandrum departure

Today morning check-out from the hotel in Kovalam then direct drive to Trivandrum airport/Railway station for your onward journey with beautiful memories of your tour.
