Birla Mandir - Jaipur The wonderful architectural landmark of Jaipur in the Land of Royals Rajasthan is the Birla Mandir, dedicated to Lord Vishnu and His consort Goddess Lakshmi.

The architecture is unlike the traditions followed in other temples. Entire structure is made of white marble, elegantly build to exhibit the grandeur.

History :

The temple was built in the year 1988 by the popular business group B.M.Birla Foundation, the land was given by the Royal family of Jaipur towards the construction of this temple.

As the Birla Mandir is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Janmashtami is celebrated in a grand manner. Other than this, Diwali is the next grandest celebration in this temple.

No specific dress code. But cover your legs and arms to respect the culture followed in Indian temples.

Temple Timings :

The temple is open on all the days from 9 am to 9 pm. Entry is free for all. You may need 30 minutes to visit the entire temple.
