We really had a great holiday trip. All the staffs really helpful especially the driver Mr Rengarajan. He really did a good job. He assisted and took care of us very well. He is really helpful. Please do have a staff like him. Apart Mr Rajesh from Coimbatore assured that we are comfortable with our stay. The only set back to us is our stay at Abad Plaza Cochin. The hotel is not sutiable for family or tourist to stay. The ambience is not good with the smell of the carpet, the room need to be upgraded, the toileteries are not filled. This hotel is not recommended. Finally Ms Divya and Ms Lina really helpful in making our trip an enjoyable one. Thank you
