Detailed Itineary
Day 1: Arrive Cochin- Munnar
On arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway station, you will be met and greeted by our Guests Relations Executive who will introduce your driver. Then proceed towards Munnar, a beautiful hill station of Kerala located at an altitude of 1660m. Enroute, visit the Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls, and optionally visit a Tea plantation. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax, enjoying the nature of this scenic hill station. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Munnar
Munnar is known for its misty mountains and scenic beauty. Visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Explore the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays) and taste some fresh tea. Later, visit the Mattupetty Dam for optional boating and Echo Point where you can hear echoes of your own voice. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar – Kumarakom
Proceed towards Kumarakom, a charming backwater village. Visit the Bird Sanctuary, a haven for numerous bird species. Enroute, you can visit a Rubber plantation. Upon arrival, check-in at the resort and relax. Optionally, enjoy an Ayurvedic massage. Overnight stay at the resort in Kumarakom.
Day 4: Kumarakom – Alleppey
Start your day with a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, where you can observe a variety of migratory birds. Later, drive to Alleppey and check-in at the resort. In the evening, enjoy a two-hour motorboat cruise through the beautiful backwaters. Witness local life, including the sight of washing clothes and vessels by the lakeside. Overnight stay at the resort in Alleppey.
Day 5: Alleppey – Cochin
After breakfast, proceed towards Cochin. If time permits, you can shop on M.G Road or visit tourist attractions such as the Chinese fishing nets and Mattancherry Palace (closed on Fridays). Later, explore the Jewish Synagogue and admire its attractive antique elements and architecture (closed on Fridays and Saturdays). After the tour, you will be transferred to Cochin Airport / Railway Station, concluding your trip with sweet memories.
