Very calm in a crisis. His local knowledge of each city was amazing. Wonderful sense of humour and would always go the extra length to satisfy our requests and make sure we were happy. A really delighful man.

overall the driver was good and informative. the only comment would be that a couple of places stayed were lacking hot water and the extra beds provided were not comfortable enough especially in Munnar and Ooty. Otherwise the service provided is wonderful
