He always ensured that we were informed about the journey, distance and time. He planned ahead and made arrangements with us and for us. He is also very caring, looking out for our well being, safety and comfort. He ensured he planned ahead with us and for us so we could follow our schedule. Helped us as a translator in many occasions. Handled our special requests too. He also carries basic medicines. It helped us when we went under the weather during our travel.
