Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar
After your arrival at Srinagar Airport (SXR), one of our representatives from South Tourism – trusted Kashmir tour operator will assist you with your transfer to the luxury houseboat on Dal Lake. Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir tourism, is a home to many picturesque locations perfect for honeymooners and family travelers. In the evening, experience a romantic shikara ride on the world-famous Dal Lake – one of the best places to visit in Kashmir. Witness the floating vegetable gardens, and different kinds of beautiful birds. Dinner and overnight stay at the Srinagar houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar Sightseeing
Post breakfast, step down from the houseboat and start your Srinagar city tour. First visit the Shankaracharya Temple, a must-visit spiritual site in Kashmir. Then proceed to the Hazratbal Mosque, a beautiful white marble structure whose reflection can be seen on the lake.
