Upon arrival, our local representative will meet you at arrival terminal and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Madrid.
Post breakfast, proceed to the meeting area for a visit to the World Heritage city of Toledo. It is an authentic museum city famous for the Cathedral, Mezquita del Cristo, Museo de Tavera & many others. Enjoy some sumptuous Spanish lunch on tour that lasts around 8.5 hrs. The rest of the evening is free for you. Overnight in Madrid.
Following breakfast, you are transferred to the train station for a 2-hour train journey to Cordoba, the city which was the most important capital of Europe in the 11th Century. On arrival, you are met & are transferred to your hotel. Later we take you to visit the famous Medina Azahara, the largest known city built from scratch in Western Europe, it was the forgotten Versailles of the middle ages. You will return around 2130 hrs following which you could either head back to your hotel or step out & enjoy witnessing the night life in Cordoba. Overnight in Cordoba.
Cordoba, one of the most interesting cities in Andalusia, South of Spain, is best seen on foot. Post breakfast, proceed to the meeting point for the city tour on foot. The 4-hour tour takes you to the great monuments of Mezquita, the Moorish mosque & to Sinagoga & Judeira. Following the visits, experiment with some Spanish culinary at any of the restaurants dotting the streets. Overnight in Cordoba.
Enjoy breakfast, after which we recommend that you opt for a trip to Sevilla, only an hour away by train. Sevilla, one of the largest historical centres in Europe, is the city of Carmen, Don Juan & Figaro. The city is credited with their invention of ?tapas? & has more than a thousand bars! Following breakfast, you visit yet another jewel in Andalusia known for its great beaches of Costa del Sol & a place that is the most visited in the whole of Spain ? Malaga. Use the day to explore more of this town which has more to offer than just sea & sunshine! Overnight in Malaga.
The best way to see Malaga is by hopping on to the Malaga Tourist Bus that departs from the main bus station about 4 to 5 times a day. The bus has 12 halts, it stops at the main monuments & at the must see places in the city. The ticket is valid for 24 hours once activated. You can use the ticket to get to the Jardin Botanico de la Concepcion, a tropical paradise with a natural landscape of many fountains & streams, & from where one can enjoy some extraordinary views of the city of M?laga. It's an early start to the day. Please request the hotel to keep a box breakfast ready for you the previous night. You have a choice of visiting Ronda, Granada or Gibraltar depending on the day of the week it is (since the tours do not run on a daily basis). A great way to see the surrounding area. Bid adios to Malaga as you are escorted to the train station to board your train to Madrid. We recommend that you visit the Rastro Market ? the world?s most renowned open air markets or to the Salamanca Square that is home to all the most exclusive designer boutiques & the big designer names.
