The beach in this town is also called as Auroville.

Auroville beach busses with people around the clock, all the visitors of Auroville will surely give a visit to this beach; you can see people from all over the world, sitting in the laps of this beautiful sea. Apart from the fun there are lots of souvenir shops and palatial food shops.

Visitor's center complex : This is an exhibition and video room where you can witness lots of interesting things; there are photo galleries and other recreational modes. This exhibition will entertain you to the core.

Matrimandir : Matrimandir is a perfect zone to meditate, but to enter into it we have to seek permission from Auroville's Visitor's center; this place is worth a visit.

Facilities : The beach is well maintained and hygienic; there are water games, and horse riding. You can hire bike and can go for a long drive.

Bus : From Chennai Pondicherry is a 6 hrs drive, after reaching Pondicherry you there are lots of busses to Auroville.

Train : Pondicherry railway station is nearer to Auroville, and there are trains from all over India.

Airport : Auroville can be reached from Pondicherry airport within 30 mins.
