Amber Fort One of the most visited forts in India is Amber Fort, a 15th century architectural wonder in the princely state of Jaipur in Rajasthan, the most visited North Indian State. Maharaja Man Singh was the one commencing the construction of this wonderful fort and the task was completed by his successors.

Amber Fort is listed as World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its enduring architecture and historic legacy. The magnificent fort has many things to surprise its visitors. Four courtyards, palaces, huge halls and gardens, exhibiting the beauty of the fort in the most exquisite manner.

You can leisurely climb the 500 steps to reach the top of the fort or you can ride on the back of the giant mammal, taking you through the vantage points from where the aerial view of Jaipur is even more picturesque.

How to Reach Amber Fort :

Air : Amber Fort is at a distance of 21 kms from Jaipur International Airport. Public transports or taxis can be hired to reach the venue.

Rail : The rail head of Jaipur connecting various parts of Rajasthan is at just 12 kms from Amber Fort, which can easily be crossed with multitude of transports.
