Situated on the shores of the seabed of Khambhat Gulf (Gopnath Beach), Gopnath Mahadev Temple is a beautiful destination just 22 km away from Bhavnagar District’s Talaja.

As a famous temple known as Narsinh Maheta, a renowned devotee of Lord Krishna did a great meditation of Lord Shiva. And, saw the Rasleela of Gopis and Shree Krishna. This is one of the oldest temples of Lord Shiva and this spiritual destination was also frequented by Maharaja Krishnakumar Sinh Gohil of Bhavnagar. During the summer months (April to September) at his Gopnath Bungalow, a country estate by the Arabian sea.
