Vehicle is clean and provided a smooth drive but does not look like the 2023 model year as suggested. Palani is great driver and we enjoyed his companionship throughout the journey.

Car was in great condition, clean, comfortable and smooth. Long drives were very relaxing. Driver Rooban Raj had been great for this trip. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, flexible, well planned and punctual. He made this trip a great experience to repeat.

Our group of seven greatly appreciated Val Murugan's professionalism, punctuality, and helpfulness. He was very knowledgeable about local roads and attractions and spoke English fairly well, making communication easy. His exceptional driving skills, especially on the challenging hairpin bends of the Western Ghats to Munnar and Kodaikanal, were impressive. With 20 years of experience, he handled everything smoothly. At one point, everyone except our tour leader fell ill. Val Murugan ensured we were taken to the hospital promptly, and we all recovered. He also assisted us with Ayurveda treatments and found good restaurants along the way. The hotels selected by Cholan Tours were excellent. My brother, Ravendran Alagandram, the leader of our group, coordinated the travel arrangements seamlessly, ensuring clear pre-trip communication about schedules and activities. We also received clear information on pricing and what was included in the tour package, which helped avoid misunderstandings. The highlight of our trip was the care and concern shown by our driver, Vel Murugan.
