The car and driver service was excellent- however the service by Make MyTrip was not at all good. They forgot to book our flight and causes us trouble throughout the journey for refund. Pathetic service by makemytrip.

Biju ji is amazing as driver, throughout the trip he kept the vehicle clean, he was always very punctual, he also acted as our guide and told us alot about the places we have visited and culture of Kerala in general. I will want him as my trip driver and guide in my south India trip again next time. Thanks alot Biju ji.

The entire team is very friendly and cooperative while maintaining great professionalism and ethics, especially our tour driver and guide Arun, and tour coordinator Malini. Arun's driving skills, knowledge of each location we visited and him speaking in english and hindi made us more comfortable to explore the new places with comfort. i strongly recommend cholan tours.
