We have received perfect service from Hari as a driver and also wonderful recommendations for places to eat and visit. He went above and beyond his role as a driver to ensure we were safe and happy the entire time. We have travelled many times, including a previous trip to India and Hari is the best driver we have had.

overall our experience was good. our driver simble was the best part of our holiday. he was very attentive and kind. would go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. his attention to detail was second to none. we were disappointed that some activities were cancelled and there was a lack of communication in regards to this. mary our tour consultant was very good with her communication also. our guides were not worth the price except for Martin. He has extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. most of the other guides were just talking on their phones the whole time and not sharing information with us. they were very disinterested. the fog hotel was very nice. the Chettinadu hotel was quite poor. the people from the tour company who met us at the hotels for check in were a bit rude and made us feel uncomfortable, we would rather just check in ourselves

Mr Subbu is an excellent driver. He always was in time, got fresh water bottles and had a clean car. We felt very safe travelling with him.
