Dear Ms Ramya, We have been blessed with Rooban as a driver. We all heartily thank you to have given us such an excellent driver who made our stay in the South memorable and safe. He exceeded expectations and has always been present, supportive and provided guidance. He is punctual and effective. When we were unwell, he reassured us by taking us to the pharmacy and translated to Tamil for us to facilitate communication. He has been caring towards our daughters who have mellowed to him as well. Rooban is an asset to your company and we shall be grateful if you could pass on our feedback to Management.
