Cheeyapara Waterfalls is a spectacular roadside attraction while you enroute Munnar via Cochin – Munnar highway. The Cheeyapara Waterfalls plummets down a huge rock which is more than 500 acres in area and is surrounded by two acres of evergreen forest. And this waterfall which is placed around 1000 feet above the sea level, cascade down in seven steps which are created by River Deviyar, offering a plethora of visual treat.

The Cheeyapara Waterfalls is positioned between Adimali and Neriamangalam. It is an eco-tourism spot which inhabits several rare species of plants and animals, as well as an adventure spot where the tourist enjoy mountaineering at the huge rock here.

Trekking and nature walks are the other prominent activities you can enjoy here. The main peculiarity of the Cheeyapara Waterfalls is that it does not dry up in summer. Hence, even during the summer season, you can witness the beauty of the waterfall in its full glory.
