Naag Temple : Get fascinated by the lush green, ultimately tranquil ambience while visiting Naag temple dedicated to Cobra, worshipped as God mainly by devotees of Lord Shiva. The temple has not followed any regular patterns like other conventional temples, made mostly of wood and is located inside a dense lush green region. Billoo Ki Powri : If you want to witness the gorgeous beauty of Patnitop, that too, in an aerial view, be ready to climb the 270 plus steps carved out of mountain , a location slightly away from Patnitop. You can find yourself at a point called Dawariyai after climbing al the steps, from where tourists start enjoying their paragliding activities. The origin of these stairs are unknown, but historians record that King of Chenani constructed these steps for an easy access to Dawariyai from Patnitop. It is a matchless experience to witness the beauty of Patnitop from the top point.
Kud Park : While travelling from Jammu to Patnitop, a beautiful location called Kud deserves a halt for its beautiful landscapes and a park. An ideal spot for picnic with friends or family, Kud Park is seen with unspoiled beauty of nature. More than the park, Kud is popular among the tourists and local residents for a sweet dish called “Patisa” also known as Soan Papdi, an Indian sweet variety made of milk products.
