Detailed Itineary

Day 1: Cochin - Munnar

Upon your arrival in Cochin International Airport, a representative from South Tourism will receive you and assist with your onward journey to Munnar – the best hill station in Kerala. On the way enjoy the picturesque Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls in Kochi–Madurai Highway- NH 49.After arriving in Munnar, set off on a short trek through the lush tea plantations in Kerala, followed by relaxing in the evening. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing

On day 2 visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and one of the top wildlife destinations in Kerala. Visit the Tata Tea Museum to understand the region’s rich tea culture. Proceed to the Nyayamakad Waterfalls, one of Munnar’s most beautiful locations. Spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying the natural beauty of Kerala.

Day 3: Munnar - Alleppey

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey, known as the “Venice of the East”, renowned for its tranquil Kerala backwaters and houseboats. After arrival, check into your hotel and unwind. Later, visit the Karunakaran Memorial Museum, which houses historical artefacts, and admire the architecture of the Shree Krishna Swamy Temple. Stroll along the sandy Alleppey Beach and visit the Alleppey Lighthouse for panoramic views.

Day 4: Alleppey - Kovalam

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kovalam – Kerala’s best beach destination. On the way, pause at the Horse Palace Museum and the Wax Museum in Trivandrum. Don’t miss to visit the iconic Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of the most popular temples in Kerala. Upon arrival in Kovalam, check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 5: Kovalam Sightseeing

After breakfast, get ready for a full day of sightseeing in Kovalam Beach town. Visit the pristine Kovalam Beach, followed by the Marine Research Aquarium. Day 6: Kovalam - Trivandrum Departure
