Detailed Itineary

Day 1: Manali - Jispa/Sarchu

Begin your tour from Manali to Sarchu via Rohtang Pass (3,978 m), Keylong (3,350 m), and Baralacha Pass (4,890 m). Experience the drive through scenic routes enchanted with nature’s untouched beauty. Pause for the night at Jispa/Sarchu, which lies on the geographical border of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. Overnight stay in Jispa/Sarchu.

Day 2: Jispa/Sarchu - Leh

Post an early breakfast, head to Leh via Nakeela, Lachungla Pass (16,617 feet), Skyangchu Thang (the largest and highest plateau in the world, stretching around 42 km), and Pang. Enjoy the exhilarating journey along the Manali–Leh Highway, often known as one of the most beautiful routes in the world. Cross Tanglangla Pass and traverse through the serene Indus Valley. Reach Leh in the evening and check into the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3: Leh - Nubra Valley

Post breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, called as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh, via Khardungla Pass, the highest motorable road in the world (18,390 feet). Enjoy the stunning views of endless snow-capped mountains en route. After a brief pause at Khardungla, head towards Nubra. Check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, embark on a camel safari in the dunes of Hunder.

Day 4: Nubra Valley - leh

After breakfast, explore Diskit and Hunder Villages along with their ancient monasteries. Explore the surroundings to get a glimpse into the unique lifestyle and culture of the people living in this remote part of India. Then drive back to Leh via Khardungla Pass. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5: Leh - Pangong Lake

Post an early breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and then head to Pangong Lake via Changla Pass (17,586 feet), the third-highest motorable pass in the world. Pangong Lake is a high-altitude saltwater lake expanding 120 km in length and about 6–7 km at its widest point. After arrival, experience the serenity of the lake and mesmerizing views.

Day 6: Pangong Lake - Leh

Post breakfast, return to Leh. On the way stop at Changla Pass for a short break and enjoy a cup of hot tea. Visit Hemis Monastery, one of the most popular sacred Buddhist centers, renowned for the Hemis Festival celebrated early in June.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7: Leh - Kargil

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Kargil. On the way visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, the mystical Magnetic Hill, Lamayuru Monastery (the oldest in Ladakh), and Mulbek, popular for its giant Buddha statue carved in rock. Reach Kargil by evening. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 8: Kargil - Srinagar

Begin your day by having early breakfast and head to o Srinagar. On the way visit the Kargil War Memorial in Drass and the Zozilla War Memorial to pay salute to the Indian Army. Click some memorable photos at Tololing, Tiger Hill, and the war memorial. Traverse through Zozilla Pass and reach Sonmarg, well known as the Gateway to Ladakh and the Meadow of Gold. You may choose a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Then drive to reach Srinagar in the evening. Based on your flight schedule, you will be assisted for your onward journey.
